Moving Thoughts is a collaboration between Holland-based techno-producers Stenie B. and Kaj Tyszka. Their second release called “Schizophrenia EP”, is out on Modular Expansion records and features a quality selection of original tracks and remixes. The original Moving Thoughts tracks are “Psychose”, a classy minimal techno track with underlying layers of dark atmospheres, and “Friction Of A Mind”, a tasteful dubby production with subtle funky grooves and tones. Apart from the original tracks, the EP includes three additional remixes. The first one comes from Dave Miller (of Abstract Division), transforming “Psychose” into a harder club track with pounding rhythmic style. The second one is from Invite, who re-imagines “Friction of a Mind” with a darker approach and minimal textures. The third remix comes from artists George Apergis & Alex Retsis, who envision “Psychose” through a futuristic bassy techno style, fusing it with elements of oldschool breaks and chords.
